We were going to go camping and rent an RV on the 28th. The guy didn't have it ready to go and it was SO Dirty. So we went to Chuck-E-Cheese and came home to sleep in our beds. On the 29th Blake got to open some presents.
Even though things didn't fall into place like we had hoped, it worked out even better. EJ's brother let us use his cabin to go camping which was GREAT for the kids. We went on a hike, played catch, took a nap in the hammock, had s'mores and watched movies. It was nice to get away!
EJ made HUGE pancakes for Breakfast! Then we had spaghetti for lunch and Blake's favorite STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE!
Our friends the Hamptons came with us! Blake loves their little girl! We had a great time!
Blake is lucky that his birthday will always be on a 3-day weekend for Memorial Day! Happy Birthday Blake! We love you!
